Builds up the capacity/skills of minority ethnic organisations so they can deliver better services to the particularly but not exclusively disadvantaged communities in Merton Borough and its environs. It works to advance equality of opportunity and is a reliable point of reference for data on BAME communities. It promotes activities which foster understanding between people of diverse backgrounds.
