FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF THE WORK FOR THE CHURCH IN WALES IN THE PARISH OF WREXHAM WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE NEEDS OF HE ANGLICAN COMMUNICANTS RESIDING WITHIN THE AREA FOR WHICH PLAS POWER CHAPEL, BERSHAM WAS LICENCED FOR THE SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES FOR SO LONG AS THE CHAPEL REMAINS OPEN FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP.
