THE INSTRUCTION OF BOYS OF ALL CLASSES IN THE PRINCIPLES OF DISCIPLINE, LOYALTY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY PROVIDING FURTHER TRAINING AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE SCOUT GROUPS IN THE DISTRICT OF BOSTON AND TO PROVIDE A TRAINING AND ACTIVITY CENTRE FOR THEIR USE.
