Activities - how the charity spends its money
One Life provides help and support to families within Blaenau Gwent who are affected by autism. We provide support groups, attend important meetings etc. along with our advocacy service has seen many lives changed. Our mission is to continually raise awareness of autism and support families in the local area affected by it; we now have our own premises to help towards fulfilling this mission.

THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG ADULTS, YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING AUTISTIC BY: 1. PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE PARENTS / CARERS, OF AUTISTIC CHILDREN TO MAXIMISE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR CHILDREN; 2. RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING INDIVIDUALS WITH AUTISM, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION; 3. PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT; 4. PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS, YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN WITH AUTISM
