1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER; AND
2)SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS WHO LIVE IN SUCH HOUSING ACCOMMODATION (THE "BENEFICIARIES") AS THE CHARITY DECIDE.
