Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS AND EX-OFFENDERS AND TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG OFFENDERS AND EX-OFFENDERS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY, THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING IN ART, AND THE PROVISION OF A MENTORING PROGRAMME, WITH THE AIM OF HELPING OFFENDERS AND EX-OFFENDERS TO REALISE THEIR CREATIVE TALENT AND ACQUIRE CREATIVE SKILLS WHICH WILL ASSIST THEM WITH RE-INTEGRATING INTO THE COMMUNITY, DEVELOPING A RESPONSIBLE WORK ETHIC, AND PROVIDE THEM WITH LINKS TO EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
