TO IMPROVE OF THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF DISABLED PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION AND ENCOURAGEMENT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF WHEELCHAIR SPORTS WITH THE PROVISION OF SUITABLE FACILITIES.
