TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOMALI AND SOMALILAND COMMUNITY TOGETHER WITH OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS IN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THOSE MEMBERS OF THE SAID COMMUNITY WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID COMMUNITY.
