TO EDCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO MUSIC PRESENTED BY BRASS BANDS BY MEANS OF CONCERTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO WHICH MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SHALL HAVE ACCESS.
