Charitable objects
1. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, OLD AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, INCLUDING THE RELIEF GIVEN BY THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION OR CARE TO THE YOUTH, OLD AGED, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, IN ENGLAND, ZIMBABWE AND SOUTHERN AFRICA FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT. 2. TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY OR DISABLED RESIDENT IN ENGLAND , ZIMBABWE AND SOUTHERN AFRICA BY THE PROVISIONS OF CARERS AND BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND TRAINING TO SUCH CARERS FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT. 3. TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE RESIDENT IN ENGLAND, ZIMBABWE AND SOUTHERN AFRICA WHO ARE IN NEED, BY PROVIDING SPECIALLY DESIGNED OR ADAPTED HOUSING, AND ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT. 4. TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SICKNESS AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE CARING FOR OR NURSING A PERSON WITH A PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY IN ANY PLACE OTHER THAN AN INSTITUTION OR NURSING HOME, AND THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE CHRONICALLY SICK OR DISABLED BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND ADVICE FOR THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CARE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT. 5. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE CARING FOR PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENT WITHIN THE FAMILY OR HOME BY OFFERING A RESPITE SERVICE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY BASED CARE ATTENDANTS AND, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OR TRUSTEES, TO PROVIDE SUCH CARE ATTENDANTS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE LIVING ALONE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT. 6. TO PROMOTE AND FACILITATE THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINED CARERS AND FACILITIES FOR WORK AND RECREATION FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT.
