THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF DISABLED PERSONS IN CHELTENHAM BY ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING THEM IN POWERCHAIR FOOTBALL AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THIS PURPOSE.
