THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO [IS][ARE] * THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF YORKSHIRE, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING ALL SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING HEALTH. * TO PROMOTE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF YORKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES, BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. * TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AMONGST PEOPLE LIVING IN YORKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, BY RAISING AWARENESS AND PROVIDING EDUCATION REGARDING COMMON HEALTH PROBLEMS, SUCH AS OBESITY AND DIABETES. * TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. * TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN YORKSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR SEX, ETHNIC ORIGIN, BELIEF, OR CREED (IN PARTICULAR, MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY), AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. * TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE, AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE OR COOPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE, FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
