H.O.P.E. is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of orphans in Russia by providing an opportunity for every child to pursue a higher education. H.O.P.E. is not an emergency relief charity; we are focused on sustainable solutions for every child depending on the existing needs. We carefully target our resources to obtain maximum benefits for as many orphans as possible.
