To promote health and fitness through the teaching of cheerleading and tumbling together with the encouragement for others to do the same through martial arts, dance, yoga, pilates and any other legal sports which may be developed or introduced over time to promote the same objects. Also to promote friendship and self-confidence through social meetings and outings.
