THE PURPOSES OF THE CLUB ARE TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR DISABLED YOUNGSTERS TO GAIN CONFIDENCE IN THE WATER BY LEARNING NEW SKILLS AND OVERCOMING LIMITATIONS THEREBY PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE AND IMPROVING SELF-ESTEEM.
