TO PAY ALL OR ANY PART OF THE FEES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF OLD PUPILS OF ANY AGE WHOM THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL CONSIDER TO BE DESERVING AND WHO SHALL WISH TO BE OR TO CONTINUE TO BE FURTHER EDUCATED OR TRAINED AT BY OR THROUGH ANY EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING ESTABLISHMENT OR PLACE WHATSOEVER WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE AND TO PAY ALL OR ANY PART OF THE ANCILLARY EXPENSES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EDUCATION OR TRAINING, FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSES 3(B) AND 3(C) OF DEED 23 FEBRUARY 1979.
