To manage and improve the whole of Vinters Valley Park as an open space for quiet, informal recreation or other leisure time occupation of the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the public. To conserve the wildlife within the Park To preserve, conserve, maintain, restore and enhance for the benefit of the public.

3.1 TO MANAGE AND IMPROVE THE WHOLE OF VINTERS VALLEY PARK (PARK) AS AN OPEN SPACE FOR QUIET, INFORMAL RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PUBLIC 3.2 TO CONSERVE THE WILDLIFE WITHIN THE PARK 3.3 TO PRESERVE, CONSERVE, MAINTAIN, RESTORE AND ENHANCE AND PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC SUCH FEATURES OF THE PARK THAT ARE OF SPECIAL LANDSCAPE, HISTORICAL OR ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST.
