TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF SOCIALLY ISOLATED PEOPLE IN OSWESTRY AND SURROUNDING AREAS, PARTICULARLY OLDER PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WITH MEMORY DIFFICULTIES AND DEMENTIA, WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM SOCIAL INTERACTION IN A SAFE, STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 1. OFFERING A SAFE, STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT WHERE OLDER PEOPLE CAN MAKE CONNECTIONS WITH OTHERS TO IMPROVE THEIR WELLBEING. 2. OFFERING SUPPORT AND RESPITE, PARTICULARLY TO CARERS OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH LIFE RESTRICTING CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE PERSON THEY CARE FOR MAY BE LOOKED AFTER FOR PART OF A DAY. 3. DIRECTLY OFFERING SPECIALIST INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO PEOPLE AFFECTED BY MEMORY DIFFICULTIES AND DEMENTIA AND WORK WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO OFFER MORE GENERAL INFORMATION AND SUPPORT.
