THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UK AND INDIA TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH, TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO REGISTERED CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED TO CARRY OUT CHARITABLE WORK TO FURTHER THESE PURPOSES.
