TO ADVANCE EDUCATION RELATING TO HEALTHCARE AND HEALTH RELATED ISSUES BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER APPROPRIATE INCLUDING WORKING WITH THE LOCAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM TO PROVIDE CLINICAL AND EDUCATION SKILL EXCHANGE AND HEALTHCARE EDUCATION EXCHANGE FOR BOTH DOCTORS AND NURSES.
