THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARY TO THOSE OF CARIBBEAN DESCENT ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPORT AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES AND SO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
