Charitable objects

THE RELIEF OF BLIND PEOPLE IN HE BOROUGH OF GATESHEAD. PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR BLIND PEOPLE IN THE SAID BOROUGH AND FOR THESE PURPOSES. TO RAISE FUNDS BY SUCH LAWFUL MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DEEM NECESSARY OR APPROPIATE PROVIDED THAT SUCH MEANS WILL NOT INCLUDE THE CARRYING ON OF ANY TRADING ACTIVITIES OF APERMANENT NATURE AND ACCEPT DONATIONS TOWARDS THE FUNDS OF THE TRUST, AND TO DO ALL SUCH LAWFUL THINGS AS SHALL FURTHER ANY OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
