THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC:
TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
