TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA TOGETHER WITH THEIR CARERS IN EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE BY RAISING AWARENESS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION SESSIONS, PLANNING SOCIAL EVENTS, OUTINGS AND ACTIVITIES - WHICH PROVIDE STIMULUS FOR THOSE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA TO HELP IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
