FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS OBJECT ‘OTHER DISADVANTAGES’ MEANS THOSE WITH IMPOVERISHED BACKGROUND INCLUDING FROM DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG HOMELESS
