TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR CARERS IN BIRMINGHAM, SOLIHULL AND THE WEST MIDLANDS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE IN POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR ARE SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED BY PROVIDING RESPITE CARE, SHORT BREAKS, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
