THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING AND PROMOTING A PROGRAMME OF HEALTH WALKS ACROSS WEST NORFOLK THAT ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO TAKE UP AND MAINTAIN THIS EXERCISE.
