TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN MERSEYSIDE CHESHIRE AND LANCASHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THOSE ACTIVITIES OF THE WINDOWS PROJECT (MERSEYSIDE) ASSOCIATION WHICH ARE CALCULATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO INCREASE AMONGST YOUNG PERSONS INTEREST IN AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN PARTICULAR AS A MEDIUM FOR CREATIVE EXPRESSION OR WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC POETRY OF HIGH LITERARY MERIT.
