IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE CARE AND TREATMENT TO ALL LOCAL WILDLIFE UNTIL SUCH A TIME AS THEY CAN BE SAFELY RELEASED INTO THE WILD. TO RAISE AWARENESS AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AS TO THE SEALS NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND WELFARE NEEDS.
