Charitable objects
A) TO ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND AMENITIES, IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. B) TO SUPPORT AND WHERE POSSIBLE TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. C) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST AND PROMOTE CIVIC PRIDE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
