1. THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE RELATING TO SUPPORT SERVICES AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES;
2. THE PROVISION AND FACILITATION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER ESSENTIAL SUPPORT.
