THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION AT WALLINGFORD SPORTS PARK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF WALLINGFORD AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN OXFORDSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING SPORTS OR ACTIVITIES CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH OR FITNESS.
