(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES/DEBILITATING ILLNESS LIVING IN SOUTHAMPTON BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION BASED EQUIPMENT TO SCHOOLS/ORGANISATIONS TO AID IN THE EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION ABILITY OF SUCH CHILDREN.
