THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM PERSONS IN THE PARISH OF WINDLESHAM, SURREY AND ITS ENVIRONS BY THE PROVISION OF A CARE HOME OR BY SUPPORTED EXTRA CARE HOUSING FOR SUCH PERSONS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH PERSONS TO RESIDE IN A CARE HOME OR TO ENABLE THEM TO CONTINUE TO RESIDE IN THEIR OWN HOMES WITH APPROPRIATE ADAPTIONS, FACILITIES, CARE AND ASSISTANCE.
