THE LANCASHIRE CONGREGATIONAL UNION SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED SICK MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATIONAL PLACE OF WORSHIP WITHIN A RADIUS OF FIVE MILES FROM THE FORMER CONGREGATIONAL CHAPEL AT PENDLETON.
