TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE OF ALL AGES LIVING WITH ARTHRITIS IN ROMSEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING HYDROTHERAPY SESSIONS TO OPTIMISE PHYSICAL POTENTIAL BY ASSISTING MOVEMENT IN NON-WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISE IN WARM WATER DESIGNED TO REDUCE ARTHRITIC PAIN, STRENGTHEN MUSCLES AND IMPROVE GENERAL FITNESS.
