THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION IN RELATION TO DISABLED PEOPLE IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND AND BY AIMING TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS THE IMPACT OF DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION AND OTHER FACTORS WHICH EXCLUDE DISABLED PEOPLE FROM BEING EQUAL PARTICIPANTS IN COMMUNITIES AND SOCIETY; AND HIGHLIGHTING THE WAYS IN WHICH DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION IS EXPERIENCED IN EVERYDAY LIFE.
