THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONGST THE PATIENTS REGISTERED WITH THE ROSELAND SURGERIES, CORNWALL, BY THE PROVISION OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE WITH TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE SURGERY, PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT OVER AND ABOVE THAT PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY MEANS AND THE ORGANISATION OF SPECIAL HEALTH EVENTS AND SOCIAL EVENTS TO REDUCE ISOLATION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
