TO RELIEVE PERSONS AFFECTED BY DOWN SYNDROME BY PROMOTING AND COORDINATING THE PARTICIPATION OF SWIMMERS WITH DOWN SYNDROME AT ALL LEVELS AND IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS ENABLING THEM TO REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF THEIR SPORT.
