THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN AND RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED A LEGAL RESTRICTION ON THEIR LIBERTY IN ANY PENAL OR CORRECTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATEVER IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COUNCIL SHALL THINK FIT.
