Charitable objects
SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 1) TO ADVANCEMENT THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF THE EDUCATION OF SICK CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THAT SUBJECT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS; 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT NOTTINGHAM CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL; 3) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; 4) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG PARENTS AND THEIR SICK CHILDREN WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING SICK BY: A. PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE PARENTS TO MAXIMISE EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR CHILDREN; B. PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SICK CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
