TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A RECREATIONAL DAY CENTRE TO FACILITATE THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO LIVE IN WORCESTERSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR DISABILITY, AGE, YOUTH, INFIRMITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
