Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT ARCHBISHOP TEMPLE HIGH SCHOOL ('THE SCHOOL') BY UNDERTAKING OR ASSISTING (INCLUDING BY WAY OF PAYMENT) IN: (1) THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF AND/OR EXTENSION OR ADDITION TO THE FABRIC OF THE SCHOOL AND ITS BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS; (2) THE PROVISION (OR WHERE APPROPRIATE REPLACING OR REPAIRING) OF PLANT, EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE OR OTHER CHATTELS FOR USE IN THE SCHOOL; IN ANY SUCH CASE WHERE OR TO THE EXTENT NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
