Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN SOUTH WEST ENGLAND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE EDUCATION ON HEALTHY EATING, COOKING AND OTHER RELEVANT SKILLS.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
