Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE OBJECTS) ARE: (1) TO PROMOTE THE ACADEMIC AS WELL AS ISLAMIC EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISIONS OF QURANIC AND HADITH (ISLAMIC STUDIES AS INTERPRETED BY DEOBAND SCHOOLS OF THOUGHTS) TEACHINGS TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN BY HAVING CLASS TUTORIALS LECTURES AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASSES. (2) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFITS OF INHABITANTS OF BRUNSWICK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE INFIRMITY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. (3) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
