THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH (INCLUDING THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO,: (I) PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PERSONS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND SUPPORT; (II) MAKING THE VIEWS AND EXPERIENCES OF PERSONS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA KNOWN TO HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROVIDERS; (III), PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT DEMENTIA AND OTHER RELATED PROBLEMS ARISING FROM AGEING, ILLNESS OR DISEASE.
