Charitable objects
To promote the arts, particularly the visual arts, by the provision of studio and gallery space for those who would not otherwise have access to such facilities and services.
To advance the education of the public in the appreciation and practice of the visual arts, performing arts, digital arts, music, craft, cultural heritage, design, and literature in the district of Craven in North Yorkshire and in adjacent areas.
