THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH THROUGHOUT AFRICA (AND SUCH OTHER AREAS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME) IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) BY PROVIDING SERVICES, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND PRACTICAL ADVICE; (2) THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE THROUGHOUT AFRICA (AND SUCH OTHER AREAS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME) WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE, IN PARTICULAR, BY THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS.
