TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC OF THOSE ESPECIALLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, LIVING IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND AND NORTH WALES THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF ALL FORMS OF THE ARTS, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: (A) FOSTERING AND NURTURING THE TALENT OF STUDENTS (B) FOSTERING AND NURTURING THE TALENT OF PRISONERS (C) PROMOTING THE RENOVATION, CONSERVATION, DISPLAY AND MAINTENANCE OF WORKS OF ART FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
