GENERAL BENEFIT OF POOR - THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN MAKING PAYMENTS, UNDER ONE OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING HEADS, FOR THE BENEFIT EITHER OF THE POOR OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF BROOMFLEET ST. MARY THE VIRGIN CUM FAXFLEET GENERALLY, OR OF SUCH DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS RESIDENT THEREIN AS THE TRUSTEES SELECT OR THIS PURPOSE AND IN SUCH WA AS THEY CONSIDER MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE RECIPIENTS, AND MOST CONDUCTIVE TO THE FORMATION OF PROVIDENT HABITS.
